Here’s a quick guide to help you arrange your next appointment seamlessly:

Initiate your booking: To get started, click on the “Create New Appointment” button on the homepage.

Find your desired service: You have two options to find the service you’re looking for:

Quick Search: In the search bar, type a brief description of the service you’re interested in.

Service Categories: Click on the “Salon” dropdown menu and browse through the categories that best describe the service you need.

Select your service: After choosing the appropriate category, scroll through the list of services available. Click on the one you’re interested in to proceed.

Choose date and time: Now, select your preferred date and time for the appointment. You can choose from Morning, Afternoon, or Evening slots to best suit your schedule.

Choose your Service Provider: Once you have picked your date and time, you’ll be able to select a Service Provider.

Confirm and continue: Click “Continue to Cart” to proceed. This will take you to a page summarizing your chosen service, time, and provider.

Final Steps: Lastly, follow the additional prompts to finalize your booking. These will include confirming your details and proceeding to payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Securing your desired service and time slot requires a reservation deposit of $25. This deposit directly contributes to your service total.

After choosing your service, date, and time, you’ll be guided to make this deposit during checkout. This guarantees your exclusive reservation and ensures our team is prepared to provide excellent service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You have a 24-hour window to reschedule and have your deposit applied to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur our full cancellation policy.

If your preferred slot is already booked or if you’re seeking a time outside of our regular operating hours, please add your request to our waitlist. We diligently monitor this list and will contact you if your preferred time becomes available or if we can serve you outside of our usual hours. *Additional fees may apply for appointments outside our normal business hours.

A member of our team will reach out to you regarding the status of your appointment request within 24 hours during normal business hours, or on the next business day if the request is made during non business  hours.
